Senior Administration Officer

We are seeking applicants who will provide a high level of professional administrative and secretarial support to a group of senior managers within the Community Care and Inclusion Directorate.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
- Diary management and scheduling including arranging meetings, schedules, and conferences as well as ensuring agendas and other meeting documentation are prepared and collated in advance.
- Receive, address and disseminate queries from a broad range of internal and external stakeholders/clients.
- Accurate and timely composition and production of business correspondence, reports, presentations and various other types of documentation.
- Organise and coordinate all venue bookings, catering and set up for meetings, forums, training and conferences as well as any travel bookings and arrangements as required.
- Undertake research, collate information and report on a range of issues/topics as requested and in consultation with other staff/agencies.
- Establish and maintain effective systems to ensure ready access to, and appropriate dissemination of internal and external communication.
- Complete minor finance duties such as: coding of invoices, maintaining credit card statements and completing the relevant paperwork required for requesting payments.
- Create and maintain specific areas of the WMQ intranet site as required and maintain shared filing directories.
- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to senior employees within the Community Care directorate.
- Other duties as required.
