Program Manager (The Way Back Support Service)
(Full time - Fixed term June 2022)

The WMQ Way Back Support Service Program Manager leads a small team delivering holistic non-clinical, follow-up care, practical support and assertive outreach to individuals living on the Gold Coast for 3 months following a suicide attempt. This role is responsible for program establishment, oversight of clinical governance and risk management requirements of the program, partnership development and ongoing operational management of the service.
