Your New Role
Coordinator, In Home Connection services is a temporary part time contract role for a 6-month period (with a view to become permanent if successful in service delivery) The successful applicant will provide coordination of our Wesley Mission QLD social connection services specifically in provision of home-based activities. This will include recruitment and coordination of a volunteer workforce to provide valuable social connection and inclusion support to customers within their own homes. About You
You are a motivated innovative networker with formal qualifications in Aged Care, and/or Disability and Service Coordination or other relevant qualification/experience. Must have demonstrated effective administration and people management skills particularly within a largely volunteer workforce. Experience of working within a community care framework is an advantage, you will be tasked with exploring new opportunities for customer service delivery including additional funding and revenue sources.
