Administration Officer - Assets

Retirement Living is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member that takes initiative and has an eye for detail. This position is a full time position (76 hours per fortnight) required to provide a range of administration, financial and support services to the General Manager Retirement Living and other village and sales staff particularly in relation to the management of all assets of the retirement villages of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Inspection of all vacant apartments, completing exit and entry reports as per legislation and procedure, liaising with internal maintenance teams for reinstatement of apartments ensuring finishes are of equivalent quality.
- Liaise with Wesley Mission Queensland's internal maintenance and coordinate trades and other staff in provision of reinstatement of apartments.
- Provide direct support to the General Manager Retirement Living and provide support to the Retirement Living sales team.
- Create relevant reports as requested by the General Manager Retirement Living on sales and village assets.
- Assist the sales team with entry documentation and exit documentation of residents.
- Maintain contact with outgoing residents and their representatives as per legal requirements and under direction from General Manager Retirement Living and the relevant sales team member.
- Develop a sound knowledge and maintain a register of all assets and equipment pertaining to Wesley Mission Queensland's Retirement Villages.
- Manage all necessary procedure and forms for spare parts stocktaking and asset registration including ordering of appliances and parts.
- Ability to schedule requirements to ensure legislative requirements are met.
