Your New Role

We are passionate about providing exceptional client centred care and support. The Disability Care Worker is responsible for delivering individualised supports to people who have disabilities including those with high and complex support needs, who are residing in their own homes. 

Our services run 7 days a week the successful applicants will be able to work with minimum supervision and be adaptable within their availability to suit and meet client needs.

This role requires you to have a Comprehensively insured Motor Vehicle suitable for transporting clients, Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive and use own vehicle in the course of work. Our DCW must come with a minimum Certificate III in the field of Aged Care, Disability or Mental Health or equivalent/relevant qualifications. (We will consider applicants working towards these qualifications)

Please be aware in order to be considered for this role you will need to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ to support compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct.
