Lead Educator

An exciting opportunity is available to work alongside our Early Childhood Teacher in delivering the Kindergarten Program at Toowong Kindergarten and Child Care Centre.
We are looking for a dedicated and outstanding Lead Educator to join our team on a full time basis (80 hours per Fortnight / ADO).
Selection Criteria:
Applicants must:
· Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
· Hold a current Working with Children Suitability Notice
· Hold approved First Aid qualifications
· Communicate effectively and positively with all stakeholders
· Create responsive learning and inviting learning environments
· Demonstrate proactive leadership qualities
· Deliver a responsive early childhood program reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, our philosophy and the National Quality Standards.
· Closely liaise with the service's educational leaders
· Have skills to prioritise and manage work projects efficiently and effectively.
