Project Technical Solutions Analyst

The Project Technical Solutions Analyst is responsible for the establishment, administration, support and delivery of ICT solutions whilst in the project delivery stage. The role will ensure that solutions are reliable, enabled, available and defendable in accordance with the organisational strategic plan and the IT Strategy. The role is also responsible for ensuring that solutions are managed through WMQ's governance and security protocols and ensuring documentation is comprehensive to hand over to support. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  •  Align personal leadership behaviour and ethical standards with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values
  •  Ensure that project ICT infrastructure systems are documented and maintained (produce, review, update & maintain)
  •  Develop and document relevant processes and procedures in relation to ICT projects as well as improve and adhere to them
  •  Ensure that ICT solutions and infrastructure is fully compliant with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and other regulatory and/or compliance and/or legal requirements
  •  Monitor system performance and investigate issues relating to ICT projects
  •  Resolve issues relating to ICT projects documenting the resolutions
  •  Ensure any patches/hotfixes/updates are deployed across the ICT infrastructure for ICT projects in accordance with policy & roadmap
  •  Participate in project meetings, architectural review board and security related workshops, as required
  •  Undertake installation and configuration of ICT project infrastructure
  •  Display a proactive “ICT solutions as an enabler” attitude
  •  Positively and professionally engage with all stakeholders at all levels as required.
