About the Role
Asher House is an active and vibrant group home that has been purpose built to accommodate the needs and lifestyle choices of 12 residents with high care needs, acquired brain injuries and complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a high level of nursing care, including clinical practice and administration of medications
- Formulating, implementing and evaluating care plans for residents with high and complex care needs
- Monitoring, supervising and providing leadership to a team of Disability Support Workers
