John Wesley Gardens is a state of the art community that offers premiere aged care living at its finest. Our residents are our priority and are provided excellent Customer Service and the best of care from our friendly, professional staff. The home has 138 beds, a Chapel, Wifi access, spacious gardens and Cafe facilites.
We are seeking passionate Care Companions with proven ability to work as part of a team, provide high quality care in a professional manner and will embrace our Philosophy and our Values.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Build positive relationships with care recipients, families and colleagues.
- Contribute to the warmth and welcoming culture of the Home
- Work as part of a team to provide catering, cleaning and personal care in a neighbourhood/community like environment for care recipients.
- Assist care recipients to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life.
