Retirement Living Admin and Sales
WMQ Retirement Living are seeking an enthusiastic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task and is customer-focused, to join our team at our newest retirement village - Rosemount based at Sinnamon Park. This position is Temporary for a period of 6 months. Hours are flexible and could suit family dynamics.
The position works closely with the General Manager Retirement Living and the Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate would possess experience working in administration within a retirement village or real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values
2. Provide administrative support to the General Manager Retirement Living and the Sales and Marketing Manager
3. Provide direct assistance with special events and projects in relation to the operation of WMQ's retirement communities
4. Provide direct assistance to the General Manager and Village Managers with achieving and maintaining the Industry Code of Conduct and Accreditation Standards
5. Provide a high level of customer service and support
6. Provide a warm welcome to clients, and assist them with information when sales consultants are busy
7. Respond to sales enquiries and maintain sales database, ensuring leads are captured and followed up.
8. Conduct tours of Village facilities
