John Wesley Gardens is a 144 bed high care aged care facility located in Geebung, North Brisbane. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to work 56 hours per fortnight (4 days a week) on a permanent part-time basis. The successful applicant will be based at John Wesley Gardens. However, some travel to other Brisbane Northside sites will be required 1 day per week. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the Clinical and Nursing team with an aim to improve Resident outcomes;
• Work with Management to design a variety of targeted therapies and activities to support and build strength and cognitive abilities of residents;
• Work alongside the team to provide guidance and review of residents needs which have changed, and collaborate and prescribe strategies to reduce risk and promote wellness
