We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant at our John Wesley Gardens Aged Care Community.
With the resident at the heart and soul of our care model, every aspect of the operation will deeply reflect the values of the socially purposeful organisation. The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a key member of an inter-disciplinary team providing high quality; person centred care as well as contributing to the forward planning and development of services at John Wesley Gardens. This role will oversee the coordination and support of the clinical care team reporting to the Facility Manager. The key role accountabilities are contained in the position description.
