Manager, Home Care

Lead a team with over 200 staff across a large South East Queensland service base and be part of a dynamic team of peers driving a full suite of contemporary community services.
Wesley Mission Queensland's Community Care and Inclusion team believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and connected life. We support customers at any stage of their life with well-being, lifestyle, support and care. We care for people in their homes and in the community with individualised services for wellness and connection.
Community Care is going through an exciting growth phase with all our multidisciplinary services. This position will support and guide Home Care services through this change to be at the forefront of contemporary community based services.
We put the customer at the heart of all that we do and will need an energetic leader, excellent communicator and goal orientated individual to support our growing workforce and deliver for our customers.
