Disability Support Worker

Wesleycare Jindalee are looking for permanent part time Disability Support Workers who can work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight. Wesleycare Jindalee provides 24/7 care for individuals living with a disability who have high and complex physical needs.  The successful applicant must be available for day shifts and be able to do Community Access with residents. The successful applicant will also be required to do one on one activities. Please note that some of the shifts for Community Access will be short shifts. 

WMQ is a leader in the development and delivery of support services to people with high and complex care needs. We are looking to employ staff who have a passion to support people with disabilities to live their best life.
You need to have or be working towards a Certificate III or IV in an appropriate discipline, as well as be prepared to undertake specific training in the area of supports to people with high and complex care needs. Personally you need to be compassionate, positive, collaborative, have a sense of humour and think outside the box.
