Physiotherapist - Hydrotherapy + Healthy Living focus

We are looking for physiotherapists with a passion for hydrotherapy and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle to a range of client groups. Working across our clinic, rehabilitation gym with state of the art HUR equipment, our onsite hydrotherapy pool and within clients homes, this role offers variety, flexibility and reward! Our ideal candidate will posses the following:

• A genuine care for positive client outcomes across the lifespan 
• Experience with or willingness to learn and upskill in hydrotherapy practices 
• Excellent communication and time management skills to operate effectively within a dynamic environment 
• Demonstrated ability to run engaging group therapy programs for a range of stakeholders 
• Ability to think outside the box to create new, dynamic and exciting therapeutic intervention to keep their clients engaged 
• Willingness to work within our fantastic multidisciplinary allied health team

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assessment of customer physical needs and development of individual treatment plans and goals;
• Delivery of high quality intervention and advice;
• Regular review of customer treatment plans and goals;
• Assisting customers to achieve optimum level of physical outcomes.
• Role model interpersonal, professional and leadership behaviours consistent with the WMQ core values of Integrity, Respect, Empowerment, Hope, Justice, Compassion and Innovation.
• Actively participate in WMQ performance development processes to meet organisational requirements and own career aspirations.
