Disability Support Worker for Wesleycare Sinnamon Village, casual & PPT contracts available.
About the Role
The primary role of a Disability Support Worker is to provide assistance to individuals with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities. The role includes but is not limited to personal care (showering/dressing), continence support, assistance with meals, assistance with medications, domestic duties (laundry/housework/ironing/gardening), shopping. In addition, a Disability Support Worker will assist in implementing client-specific programs to help these individuals accessing support to build strong social skills and encourage independence wherever possible. Casual and Part Time opportunities are available.
Please be aware in order to be considered for this role you will need to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' to support compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct. If you have not yet completed this Module please access via the link below, then once completed please upload your Certificate of Completion to the “Supporting Documents” tab in your profile.
