About the Role
Asher House is a vibrant group home for 12 residents with an acquired brain injury and additional complex high care needs
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to provide high quality personal care and lifestyle support to people with a disability.
- Compassion and respect for individuals with a disability, colleagues, and visitors.
- Have a good understanding of the values of person centred care
- Have a good understanding of the values of person centred care
- Sound interpersonal skills including effective written and oral communication.
- A proven ability to work in a team environment to build collaborative relationships with individuals who have a
disability, their families, colleagues, management and other external stakeholders
Successful applicants will be supporting our residents to access the community. It is essential for all successful applicants to act in a professional manner and in accordance with WMQ organisation values at all times in the facility and when supporting our residents out in the community
