Child and Youth Mental Health Services Manager

• The Child and Youth Mental Health Services Manager is a new key senior role within WMQ's mental health team - responsible for the leadership and strategic planning of WMQ child and youth mental health services including headspace services in Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Capalaba. Overnight travel will be required between locations (at a minimum once per month).
• This position has responsibility for ensuring both quality service delivery of existing services (including clinical governance) and exploring business development opportunities across the sector.
• This role will support centre management and staff to ensure the ongoing development of consistent processes, policies and practices that support an integrated service to WMQ Clients and key stakeholders and builds strong relationships in accordance with the WMQ charter and the vision and direction of the Community Care and Inclusion (CC&I) Directorate.
• This role will work closely with the Mental Health Services and Practice Manager and other leaders to implement the mental health strategic plan, inclusive of operationalising new business, strong clinical governance and WMQ's mental health practice framework.
