Team Support Officer - Community Assisted Transport

Team Support Officer - Community Assisted Transport
Permanent Full Time - 76 hours per fortnight
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values. 2. Provide a high level of administrative support to the team and clients to ensure efficient and timely processing of administrative processes, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines 3. Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and various stakeholders. 4. Perform various finance duties including the management of accounts payable and petty cash reconciliation. 5. Taking transport bookings/cancellations and entering them into ComCare (database). 6. Assisting in allocation of transports to drivers. 7. Ensuring volunteer drivers and assistants are rostered to allocated days. 8. Assisting coordinator with volunteer and client correspondence. 9. Perform various office procedures including ordering office supplies and stock control. 10. Provide client program support as required, including coordination of and transporting clients, assisting with client care, and assisting clients in and out of vehicles. 11. Participate in Workplace Health & Safety, infection control and other ongoing training. 12. Perform additional administrative duties as requested by the manager.
