John Wesley Gardens Aged Care Community are seeking Stewards on a permanent part time basis, working a minimum of 16 hours a fortnight. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
2. Work within the Chef's team to provide high quality catering for residents and their family and friends.
3. Undertake responsibility for the cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment used in the kitchen.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all areas of the kitchen and coffee shop as required.
5. Contribute to the efficient use and maintenance of all equipment used in the kitchen.
6. Undertake the prompt and efficient storage of all inward goods for the kitchen and or coffee shop as required.
7. Adhere to the accurate and efficient following of all systems and procedures used in the kitchen.
8. Participate in Work Health and Safety, infection control and other relevant ongoing training.
9. To be an active participant in a continuous quality improvement environment.
