Your New Role
We are passionate about providing exceptional client centred care and support. As our Resource & Workforce Planning Coordinator you will provide efficient communication, planning and modification of client and staff schedules across In-Home Aged Care and Disability services.
This is a Permanent Full-time role located at Chermside, North Brisbane. Our service operates across 7 days with flexibility required to work a variety of shifts to ensure service delivery.
Key Duties Include
· Communicate with staff regarding shift changes, rostering and client service needs.
· Manage leave coverage with staff and Agency providers to ensure client services are met.
· Responsible for efficiently communicating, planning, coordinating and modifying all schedules in accordance with sound rostering principles and Enterprise Agreements.
· Escalating staffing deficiencies to the Senior Coordinator & Recruitment Coordinator.
· Data entry as required into ComCare, CRM and other systems as required.
