MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY WORKER AND SUPPORT WORKERS

Clear Breeze Apartments are seeking suitably qualified mental health recovery worker and support workers to provide coordination and individualised recovery supports for 14 tenants living in the Clear Breeze Apartments. Clear Breeze apartments are a purpose-built supported accommodation model for 14 adults living with mental illness. This holistic and innovative accommodation has utilised a recovery orientated practice co-design model from inception, building design and build, through to transition and service model development. With 24-hour wellbeing support on-site and the provision of tailored individually designed and delivered support, Clear Breeze Apartments offers a safe and secure permanent home for people. The Mental Health Recovery Worker and Recovery Support Workers are required to deliver flexible and responsive daily living supports which promotes individual choice, self-determination, independence and least restrictive practice in accordance with client goals.
We currently have available a 12 month fixed term contract for a SCHADS Level 4 Mental Health Recovery Worker; Permanent Part time (60 hours per fortnight) SCHADS Level 3 Support Worker and Casual Support Worker Position SCHADS Level 3.
