Rostering Coordinator

The Rostering Coordinator will efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
- Responsible for efficiently communicating, planning, coordinating and modifying all schedules in accordance with sound rostering principles and Enterprise Agreements.Data entry as required into ComCare, Microster and other systems.
- Validating schedules and rosters in ComCare.
- As required generate reports from ComCare, and Microster.
- Answering daily queries from clients, staff and carer workers.
- General administration duties including client invoicing and payroll tasks
- Escalating rostering inefficiencies to the Manager.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Manager.
