Clinical Nurse Specialist
About the Role:
Work within a beautiful home setting with 51 residents and a caring and experienced team. The organisation is EDEN alternative, with a high level of support to achieve the goals of the organisation and the role. Key skills encompasses the oversight of Clinical Care of our residents, ability to offer support and guidance for the Registered staff and Care team.
Exemplary clinical skills across all domains of care, in particular Dementia and Palliative care using a holistic approach is pivotal for success in this role. The ability to demonstrate strong leadership and ability to work with families and the multidisciplinary team is invaluable.
A strong knowledge of ACFI is also a requirement for this role.
