WMQ is looking for a Permanent Full Time Practice Lead for our Brisbane Southside and Gold Coast In Home Care Team. The role is responsible for the operational management of home care staff and leading practice that delivers quality services to meet the consumer directed care model.

Whilst this role will be based at one of our central hubs, as an employee of WMQ, you will be required to work across multiple sites to oversee the delivery of services for the stream that you are responsible.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Provide operational management of staff, including management of client loads, key performance indicators and other day to day operations.
• Drive a customer centric culture and approach that ensures customer needs are at the heart of all activities.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to provide excellence, ensuring optimum service outcomes
• Actively seek to create pathways for service delivery and business growth from multiple funding streams.
• Support team members and help actively build a cohesive high performing team.
• Manage customer feedback, ensuring a responsive and continuous improvement approach is applied
