Residential Admissions Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity to join and lead the team of Residential Admissions Coordinators as a part of the Residential Aged Care team at Wesley Mission Queensland.
The Residential Admissions Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Residential Admissions Coordinators by mentoring, educating and supporting the team to effectively engage with community networks across all communities enabling strategic outcomes, while working towards consistently achieving budgets.
The Team Leader will aid in fostering and building relationships with a range of stakeholders including the admissions team, customers, families, clinicians, and community groups that Wesley Mission Queensland may have serve to offer that suits their needs.
The team leader will also undertake admissions sales and ACFI predictions during the review process for potential residents needing placement into residential aged care.
