Practice Administration Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Practice Coordinator to assist the Director in managing the day to day operations of the Health and Wellbeing Practice at our Gold Coast campus.

Based at our Arundel centre and co-located with Hopewell Hospice and the Living Well Respite centre, our current practice has a focus on youth and family, specifically delivering grief and loss programs for children. 

We want to expand our service delivery model to deliver additional allied health services such as physiotherapy, dietitian, occupational therapy, podiatry etc to a broader range of clientele.

Ideally you will have experience with managing a clinical setting as well as some experience in building service capability and capacity.

You will use your strong communication and administrative skills to manage and grow our practice.

This role is part-time, with a maximum of 60 hours per fortnight.  Hours are negotiable; at this point we envisage hours needed will be between 9.00am - 3.00pm.  


Key Responsibilities Include:

1.      Provide day to day administrative support in managing the clinic including rostering and scheduling of clinical staff.

2.      Develop appropriate processes to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

3.      Assist the Director and the Health and Wellbeing Practice Manager to grow the service.

4.      Work as part of a growing team to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
