WMQ's Community Care Program is seeking a qualified Carpenter to join their Home Assist Secure service located in Petrie on a permanent full time basis. The Home Assist Secure service assists seniors and those living with a disability to remain in their home for longer by assisting with essential home maintenance and home modifications.

As a skilled Carpenter your role will be to provide general home maintenance including carpentry repairs, servicing door locks, installing smoke alarms, etc. to client's homes. You will also be responsible for assessing and completing minor modifications to improve a client's safety within the home including installation of grab rails, construction of ramps and handrails.  Pride in your work and high attention to detail is essential in this role as is compassion and desire to make a difference in our client's lives.

A driver licence and willingness to drive in the course of work is essential and you will be provided with a fully equipped vehicle as part of remuneration package. Salary Packaging is also available to permanent Staff to enhance your take home pay.
