Wesley Mission Queensland, a leading provider of residential aged care services is seeking a number of experienced HSTM's for our Aged Care Homes, North Brisbane. Experience in cleaning and food preparation with an understanding of Food Safety is preferred. Flexibility and reliability is a must. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Align ones workplace behaviour in accordance with the principles, values and Mission of the organisation.
• To work as part of a team to provide catering, cleaning and personal care in a home like environment for residents, their family and friends.
• To assist residents to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life.
• To report to Nurse Manager, RN, and/or Supervisor.
• To recognise health and environmental hazards and be proactive in corrective action.
• To contribute to the assessment process of residents including documentation.
• To be an active participant in continuous quality improvement environment.             
• To participate in Workplace Health and Safety, infection control and training as required.
