Integration Analyst

Role Purpose and Position Summary :
The Integration Analyst is to define the requirements, principles and models that guide technology decisions in alignment with strategic IT and enterprise goals. To construct an Integration Capability Map which provides a high-level description of as-is and target integration architecture in which the right tools and design principles are selected according to the nature of the problem and the organisation's goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and the Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
- Construct an Integration Capabilities Map of the 'as-is' and target integration capability to support our businesses.
- Explore and leverage modern integrations technologies and tools for next-generation digital services.
- Design best practice and fit for purpose integration solutions that minimises integrations complexity while maximising the maintainability of our systems.
- Working with our operations, applications and project teams, provide an objective assessment of the business applications and actionable recommendations to mitigate issues and risks.
- Use business requirements to identify, evaluate and present alternative design solutions which meet customer needs.
- Directly participate in the governance process for reviewing solutions to assure they are leveraging or aligning with design standards.
- Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
- Educate staff members through training and individual support.
