Administration Officer

We seek a new Administration Officer to join our team of dedicated and passionate people who want better employment outcomes for young people aged 17 - 21 living with different abilities.
Key Duties Include
- Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
- Provide administration support and reception work to programs operating within The ORCA Project.
- Enter and maintain records on the WMQ database (CRM), and respond to referrals / queries as appropriate.
- Manage and reconcile payments to ORCA's Ethical Groceries Program (EGG), Car Wash and other micro enterprises.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash and corporate credit card purchases.
- Maintain and undertake stock control including the First Aid Kit, office supplies, participant resources and staff amenities, ensuring that they are appropriately stocked at all times (in consultation with ORCA Employment Coaches).
- Manage and update ORCA Volunteer paperwork including Blue Cards, Police Checks and Volunteer Orientation forms.
- Ensure audit records are maintained (fire safety, staff training etc) according to the checklist and remind staff when they need to complete updates in a timely manner.
- Ensure purchases are made in accordance with WMQ Policies and Procedures and within budgetary guidelines.
- Provide secretariat services for various local meetings of staff, service providers and residents.
- Constructively and positively participate as a member of The ORCA Project Team.
- Actively participate in the Centres Continuous Quality Improvement
