LEISURE AND LIFESTYLE COORDINATOR

Parkview is seeking an energetic, fun seeking individual for 40 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Align ones workplace behaviour in accordance with the principles, values and Mission of the organisation.
- To work as part of a team to provide catering, cleaning and personal care in a home like environment for residents, their family and friends.
- To assist residents to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life.
- To report to Supervisor.
- To recognise health and environmental hazards and be proactive in corrective action.
- To contribute to the assessment process of residents including documentation.
- To be an active participant in continuous quality improvement environment.
- To participate in Workplace Health and Safety, infection control and training as required.
