Position Summary

Speech Pathologist

This position will work as a part of our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team including OT, Physio, EP, Podiatry, Dietetics, Social Work and more!


The role is based primarily out of our Chermside practice, with community-based home visits as required. This covers a mixed case load including disability, adult and geriatric clients. 


Key responsibilities include the provision of contemporary customer-focused speech therapy services including:

  • Assessment of customer speech, language and/or swallow, and development of individual treatment plans and goals to address deficits in these areas;
  • Delivery of high quality intervention and advice;
  • Regular review of customer treatment plans and goals;
  • Assisting customers to achieve optimum outcomes and safety in communication and swallow.
