Rosemount is an exciting new retirement community located at Sinnamon Park scheduled to open in May 2019.

The successful candidate will be responsible for appointing and developing a team to operate the village e.g. Gardener, Maintenance, Cleaning, Bus Driver and Administration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Align personal leadership behaviour and ethical standards with Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.
• Ensure that the integrity of the village and the organisation is always maintained.
• Create a vibrant community environment that people want to live in.
• Supervise contractor inductions and maintaining WHS processes to ensure that ongoing safety of the village and the workplace is maintained.
• Providing ongoing support to residents to maintain their quality of life and independence.
• Welcoming new residents to the village, and assisting them to settle into their new home.
• Completion and supervision of onsite administrative tasks.
• Liaising closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager on marketing strategies for the village.
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to residents at all times.
• Ensuring  high standards is maintained in areas of meal service, maintenance and general housekeeping
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
