Your New Role
We are passionate about providing exceptional client centred care and as our Program Manager, Paradise Kids you will provide oversight and coordination of service delivery at our Arundel Hub, specifically within a youth and families mental health service area. You have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the service and ensure that there are processes in place to deliver evidence-based and innovative clinical and non-clinical services. About You
We are looking for a caring leader who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are a high-level communicator with the ability to lead the development and implementation of appropriate systems, processes and procedures. A solid understanding of funding models that operate within mental health service delivery areas, particularly as they apply within youth and family environments, is essential to this role as well as demonstrated experience working in a leadership role within mental health program delivery. Backed by Tertiary Qualifications in Mental Health, Human Services or related field you will possess advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to facilitate, negotiate and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders.
