(Night Duty)

Asher House is a home for residents with an acquired brain injury, disabilities and additional high care needs. We are seeking a skilled, dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to work regular night duty at our facility.

• Candidates must be able to provide high level nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, including understanding of the requirement for clear, concise, accurate written and verbal communication.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of documentation of care given, including the ability to acquire knowledge / understanding of Nursing Care Plans
• Being a team player is essential
• Leadership qualities are highly desirable,
• Must be able to use nurse initiative, and effectively lead a small team of DSW's on night shift, to be able to make effective clinical and operational decisions after hours, within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
