Employee Experience Specialist
About the Role
The role of the Employee Experience Specialist is about creating a great work environment for employees at WMQ. It involves understanding the role that trust plays in the employment relationship and making sure employees are listened to and have a choice in issues that impact them. This role will focus on the positioning of a positive employer brand aligned with WMQ culture, mission and values whilst working in partnership with stakeholders to increase employee engagement.
Key Role Accountabilities:
* Work with the Organisational Development Manager and Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective employee engagement through internal communications and organisational interventions.
* Assess the impact of on boarding on the employer brand whilst designing and implementing an on boarding framework that will ensure a positive employee experience. * Assist the Organisational Development Manager with maintaining and administering the Performance Development system. * Be an active participant in the administration of the annual employee engagement survey, including the promotion of the survey, administering the survey and compiling results and presenting recommendations to the Executive Leadership team. * Produce engaging and relevant content to support strategic communications. * Assess and report findings on the impact of strategic communications on the employee experience. * Assess the impact of management practices on employee experience and organisation performance and recommend improvements to increase both employee engagement and organisational execution. * Collaboration across all areas of the business specifically within the People and Culture Directorate.
