Wesley Mission Queensland is looking for a Building Painter to join our Retirement Living Team.  If you are a professional building painter and possess excellent attention to detail, enjoy working in a happy environment then you may be just the person we are looking for.

This is a full time position, working across three villages located in north and west Brisbane.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient maintenance service for Wesley Mission Queensland Retirement Villages.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Undertake all painting works for Retirement Living across all campus sites as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
2. Provide advice to Maintenance Supervisor and General Manager Retirement Living in relation to all Retirement Village Buildings and facilities in regard to painting.
3. Assist in the reinstatement of vacant apartments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
4. Ensure high quality workmanship in all aspects of painting and decorating.
5. Ensure maintenance of a safe, hazard free, clean and tidy work site.
6. Regularly maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency and keep all equipment clean and tidy.
