Training and Placement Officer

Supported Employment Floor Supervisor
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting people who have a disability work in mailing and packaging environment. Experience in and knowledge of the disability employment services sector. High level interpersonal communication skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with key stakeholders including people with disability. Ability to assess clients' skills, develop training plans and assist people with disabilities to achieve identified work goals. Ability to be versatile and actively support the strategic objectives of Employment Services.
