Retirement Living Admin & Sales Officer

WMQ Retirement Living are seeking an enthusiastic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task and is customer-focused, to join our team based at Brisbane's premier retirement village - Wheller on the Park at Chermside.
This is an exciting new role reporting to the General Manager Retirement Living. If you possess excellent attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and have experience working in a similar role, please apply.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values
2. Provide administrative support to the General Manager Retirement Living including preparing regular reports and coordinating senior management meetings and managing action plans
3. Assist in the handling of minor resident complaints and maintain registers
4. Provide direct assistance to the General Manager and Village Managers with special events and projects in relation to the operation of WMQ's retirement communities
5. Provide direct assistance to the General Manager and Village Managers with achieving and maintaining the Industry Code of Conduct and Accreditation Standards
6. Coordinate training and maintain records for all members of the retirement living team
7. Recruit and oversee volunteer bus drivers and ensure that they are suitably registered and trained
8. Maintain all timesheet and rostering functions within the retirement living team including data entry into Kronos
9. Provide a high level of customer service and support
10. Provide a warm welcome to clients, and assist them with information when sales consultants are busy
11. Provide administrative assistance within the Village Sales Team, including ensuring all documentation is completed on time.
12. Respond to sales enquiries and maintain sales database, ensuring leads are captured and followed up.
13. Conduct tours of Village facilities
